Delivery Times

Everything we make here at Harewood is handmade, with nearly all of it made to order in our family workshop, in Dorset. As such, for most of our pieces, it’ll take on average between 3-6 weeks for us to make and deliver them to you. Although, for the items we have in stock we can get these to you much faster.

We’ll notify you of your expected delivery time soon after your purchase, and provide you with progress updates. If before you make your purchase you want to get a more accurate make and delivery time, then please contact us.

Delivery Costs

Most of the furniture we’re currently focused on making is small or medium in size, so delivery costs will, fortunately for you, be reflective of this - with free shipping used whenever possible.

For any large-sized items, such as dining tables, different logistic partners will need to be used which will come with higher shipping costs.

Returns

We’ve no doubt you’ll love your handmade piece of furniture from us, but if for some reason you need to return something, please read the information within our Terms and Conditions.
